07, Good to know

Before you step on the mat.

Do I need any experience to start?

Not at all, beginners are welcome in every program, and most students walk in with zero background. Your $19.95 introductory week lets you try classes before committing to anything.

Are there contracts?

No contracts, ever. Pay month to month, and take 20% off your total when more than one family member trains.

What should I bring to my first class?

Just comfortable workout clothes and water. We'll go over uniforms and equipment once you decide to keep training.

How much do classes cost?

$115/month for Kenpo or Wing Chun, $65/month for Kickboxing, or $145/month for unlimited access to every program. Private instruction is $35 per half hour, and drop-ins are always welcome.

Is this a good fit for kids?

Yes. Our Youth Kenpo program (ages 6–12) builds confidence, discipline, and respect while teaching real self-defense. Trevor's own four children all earned their Black Belts here.

Where are you located?

323 Cherokee Blvd on Chattanooga's North Shore, with free parking out front. Classes run Monday–Thursday afternoons and evenings, plus Friday and Saturday.
