How we teach.
Beginners first
Most students walk in with zero background. Every class is built to meet you where you are.
Discipline & respect
The youth program builds confidence, discipline, and respect while teaching real self-defense, habits that carry off the mat.
No contracts, ever
Pay month to month and train because you want to. Reasonable pricing, family discounts, and an honest handshake.

On the North Shore.
You'll find the dojo at 323 Cherokee Blvd, Chattanooga, TN 37405, with free parking right out front. Walk in, watch a class, and see if it's a fit.
